The surprise to me is how serious and quick that the effect happens to be. That was unexpected and it powerfully put meditation on the front burner as a psychological therapy. Thirty minutes per day.
I will be addressing methodology more closely in the future on this blog. I am working with an informant who has put together a multipronged protocol to achieve best results quickly. I am not prepared to sit in a Buddhist temple for thirty years and learn only how to sit.
I suspect that my deep work in mathematics had much the same effect but this needs to be proved.
